Hi as far as how she got on the street, no one knows. it could have been a slip out the door, gate left open, etc. If she is well trained it sounds like she was an inside dog & loved. The owners are most likely looking for her. Try checking the Craigslist in your area or area she came from to see if anyone has posted a lost ad on there. Notify vets, shelters, all rescues if you can about her.
