Hi Ricky has gained some weight since that pic. That was what he looked like when I got him. I acually had to loosen it recently. I do know about the 2 finger rule for the collar. I check his collar several times a day, because now I take on and off his harness for walks. I have been putting his harness over his clothes when we walk. Its easier that way. I will try to send a close up recent pic of him.
