I know what you mean about the chi's watching the TV with you. I do the same. Last night we watched the biggest loser and it really motivated me. I am on more meds than I care to count and I believe half at least could go if I only dropped this extra weight.
We are starting tomorrow and going until Spring Break mid April. We all show up the first day with a $10 gift card. The person who loses the most percentage wins the pile of gift cards.
