Deanna - I am dying to know or is it somewhere on here - how did the baby do last night and how is the pack doing with her. I have looked at her pictures a million times. I love her so much already!

Congratulations you should be very proud of yourself. That would be great if we could start a little weight loss motivation group through this group. Mind if I ask you what some of your diet secrets are? I could really use some tips. I do the same. Last night we watched the biggest loser and it really motivated me. I am on more meds than I care to count and I believe half at least could go if I only dropped this extra weight. We are starting tomorrow and going until Spring Break mid April. We all show up the first day with a $10 gift card. The person who loses the most percentage wins the pile of gift cards. I can"t wait to spend my gift cards!!! lol Carol Anne On Wed, Jan 19, 2011 at 12:52 PM, Dunwoody, Amanda <[email protected]> wrote: My mom is doing something similar to that at her work. They’ve got a money pot going to see who will lose the largest percentage of weight by sometime in April. The chis and I have started also watching this new reality TV show called Heavy. It comes on Monday nights on A and E channel. I saw the first episode Monday night and just cried for the people on that show because their lives were so effected by their weight. But by the end of the show they were happy and working towards their goal of losing weight and looked awesome. I was so happy for them. Of course the chis couldn’t figure out why mommy was laughing and crying at the same time. Jack was really confused, poor little guy. I am hoping to drop at least fifty pounds! Maybe I should worry about my weight as much as I worry about my chi's! Then I can take a lot medicine. This is somewhat off topic for this group but I started a new years resolution to lose weight this year and I can tell it’s getting close to lunch time because I’m hungry. Weight never seems to come off as easily as it came on…..sigh From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Carol Smet Sent: Wednesday, January 19, 2011 11:36 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Chihuahuas] 2 things I have rescued several overweight chi"S and put them on diets straight away. Actually the little boy I am picking up will go on one too. Being overweight is very hard on their little frames and has some serious health risks. Not to mention it shortens their lifespan. That being said I feed mine half their allotted amount in the am and half again in the pm. If they seems to be hungry still I might give them a few pieces in the mid-day. I have them that range from 2.85 to 7 pounds and none of mine have had a single problem. Hope this help ease your mind. Should i worry about this? I am so worried about his weight he is so fat. He is banned from all people food and he gets a single kibble for a treat and when he gets really crazy for food.
