I am so sorry you lost your Gidget Peggy. I can tell you were really close with her due to other comments you have mentioned about her. she apparently had another one in the middle of the night and I found her on the floor in the living room. She was 14 and 1/2. A lot of maltese's live to 18 and one is on record for 21 yrs old.
