Isn't it interesting the liberties some people think it is all right to take? I try to be respectful and tuned into whether someone is accepting of me saying hello, your dog is cute, etc. I was amazed when I was pregnant with my children the complete strangers that felt it was all right to come up and pat my stomach and ask when the baby was due. I would turn the tables on them and tell them I wasn't pregnant. Some got mad, some felt sheepish, some just slinked away.....lol. Sheesh! In a message dated 5/2/2011 11:10:41 P.M. I find it quite interesting, since I have had Desi, how almost all the strangers that see me with both of them always ask if I am going to be breeding them. People don’t walk up to couples on the street and ask them if they are going to have babies together. I think people that ask don’t really understand why someone would have a dog and not be breeding them.
