Hi, Assuming you are taking her out for playtime and cuddle time I think you are doing right to ignore her other little episodes... I agree, you don't want to train her to bark and cry for attention. mj

I keep her in a playpen with toys litterbox and an open crate. Almost everyday she has a few instances where she cries and barks to get out the playpen. I have been ignoring these episodes because I don't want to train her into thinking crying will get me out of the pen. They only last about a minute or so. Am I doing this right? Should I do something else when she barks in her pen? Thanks Emberly
