They have lots of money and power and work all across the country to stop the breeding of animals. Not just puppie mills ,I agree they need to be closed down. They do not want anyone breeding even under the best of conditions. If I understand correctly they are getting into the business of the farmers and they are also a powerful group. It will be interesting to see how it comes out. I also believe we have to be active and participate if we hear of a bill trying to be passed in our state or Federally we can not just assume someone else will fight it. Remember there is power in numbers!
