Yup it is illegal but I'm sure he'll be fine . We tend to forget that for yrs 
before
this law , pups were sold at 6 weeks snd most were just fine .  Years ago , 
every pup we took into our family was
6 weeks old and no problems at all. It is just better to be left w mom a little 
longer.
