Issue 35: Maximize on second larger monitor not working
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=35

Comment #74 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
- Magic browser caused a regression on this issue since using
--use-old-frames fixes
the issue on ToT (3394). I guess it'll need to process WM_GETMINMAXINFO
until the NC
area is correctly defined.
- Prior to magic browser, the issue was apparent iff the taskbar is not on
the
primary monitor, which is the first reported issue and is independent of
the regression caused by Magic browser.
- This is definitely hard to UI test. :/

Ben, do you want to fix the regression?
