@hbono: I think that this behaviour should only occur when a RTL language is installed or activated. I have *never* seen a program within a only-LTR environment changing to RTL when pressing just Ctrl+Alt. I press Ctrl+Alt many times to press an arrow, then I think it better and don't press it... and BAM, I would get RTL!
