@programe: sorry, I did meant Ctrl+Shift. I need some sleep :) It looks like this combination gets enabled when you have a RTL language installed, or some other condition, because I have never seen this behavior in my life. The interesting thing here would be to find out *which* condition is that. Maybe is it the language of the system? Or the keyboard layout? I use Windows XP SP3 in Spanish, with only the Spanish keyboard layout.
