Well, you can drag URLs into the tab strip to open a new tab, or into
the Omnibox to load in the current tab.

However, for the hotscripts.com mentioned, it does not work because it
does not start with http://  If it was written http://hotscripts.com
then you can drag it and it will automatically open.

You would have to select and copy the text, and in a New Tab right-
click the Omnibox and Paste and Go.
