I ran into this problem too, I think, and ended up using gclient sync instead, which worked fine although it was slow.
I finally built 11468 here on a Mac OS X host inside a VirtualBox VM running Debian (>600megs of source and >3gigs of object files? wow!) I've now played with the resulting "chrome" (actually chromium, of course) and the v8 shell_g a bit, and it's a really impressive project. Clearly there's a bit of work remaining before this is on par with the win32 build (I use the CrossOver Chromium, which is fairly similar), but that's what makes these projects interesting :) -Ben On 2009-03-16, Jimmie <[email protected]> wrote: > > When I download the tarball which is under 600MB I still get the > corrupted message.
