@erlend_sh, if you want the browser to stay open after closing the last tab,
why not leave the tab open and type a new URL into the address bar?
@pappes, why have different behavior when there are many windows and when
there is only one window open?  This seems unnecessarily complex and harmful
to the user's mental model of how tabs and windows work.
