If I wanted to create a very small extension to remove underlines from links- would I be able to actually -use- the extension in a practical way? Meaning, can I install my own extensions and use them?
Seems like this is one of the most requested things from the reviews of google chrome, and would be super simple to implement, so Im kind of wondering what the catch is...
