This is nice, congratulations for the good work!

But I have a problem. Seems like I made a mistake in my manifest.json,
I haven't publish it yet, but it seems like I can't re upload my
extension with the same version number, it would be cool to be able to
re upload with the same version number until we publish.

Also, when uploading a new version, be able to handle a changelog
would be a nice plus.
