I was merely pointing out the fact that the arrow at the end of the
toolstrip could function similar to a refresh
and im pretty sure it is the  same, as when i click the blue triangle
it gets the same message "your data is still on page, stay here?"
so they both function as refresh, the only thing is the refresh button
would be 'unavailable while the page is still loading
but thats why a user press's the stop button, then a second time to
refresh...
im not saying the act of refreshing is obsolete, just the extra button
for it
