Hey all. I originally helped propose the idea to have a context menu
(right-click menu) for toolstrips and it has been marked as "WontFix"
because toolstrips are unsupported now. However, I believe it should
still be implemented for BrowserActions.

To see the general proposal go to issue 28335 (http://crbug.com/28335)
and let me know your thoughts (mockup included)
