It would be nice to have a menu item under the extensions so that we
can open a page with all our installed themes and then we can enable
one theme and it will disable the currently active theme...

And another suggestion would be to allow extensions to enable/disable
themes so that an extension could change the theme of the browser
depending on the season or holiday...
