I was fortunate enough to be present at Allen's talk, and all the comments after were that we could have listened for a lot longer. The visuals, from the archives, were also excellent.
As a volunteer at Chartwell, one is surrounded by all things 'Churchill', but there is always something different to discover in the finer details. I have to admit that Jennie, Lady Randolph Churchill, is something of a heroine of mine, and it is good to see that the Jerome family feature much more in the new exhibition room at Chartwell.
