Dear Antoine, I wouldn't necessarily say that the plaque is inaccurate; however I assume Buczacki is referring to the fact that the plaque makes no mention of the exact period of Churchill's residency at Hyde Park Gate (unlike, for example, his blue plaque on 34 Eccleston Square or his green City of Westminster plaque on 29 St. James's Place).
