The floorpan included in this latest brochure appears to be #28 HPG only 
not both #27 and #28. There since WSC died in #27, he did not die in the 
now dining room 24 x 17.9.

Does anyone know if the backyards have been separated again? WSC had the 
backyard wall removed when he acquired #27.
