Yes and no. This is what happens in audio-jack, but since Video can be mixed in countless number of ways it would only be limiting to have video-jack do it. Therefore, salsaman (the maintainer of video jack) have designed the API so that any input can only be connected to one output, but any output can be connected to an unlimited (I think) number of inputs, thus leaving the mixing to the client application. > (Sorry if it's going a little offtopic here, but maybe > understanding these concepts is of some general interest > even to video producers.) > > Cheers, > Georg
