Ok; why would you want to? Link-local prefixes are still link-local, it just requires an extra link of config to make bits 11-64 the same as the unicast prefix.

You cannot have the same link-local IP's on different ifaces, can you?
But maybe for IPv6 of 64-bit-network-prefix::/64 you may create fe80::64-bit-network-prefix as a gateway?
