Value of Cisco Certifications

*  Does anyone know what the value (salary) of someone who holds a Cisco 
certification?

*  - or - Does anyone know the industry standard value of a Cisco certification?

*  If not does anyone know where to find out this info?

(ie Someone who holds a CCNA, what is the approximate industry standard salary?)
