Yes, if the switch can be segmented into virtual LANs.

You can use a switch.  You'll just need to do some minimal configuration
to specify which interfaces belong to which VLAN.  This will also give you
better performance than hubs, better scalability and more flexibility as
unlike four 6-port hubs you can set the 24 switch interfaces however you 
like, one by one.

All Cisco switches with the possible exception of some of the very low-end
units can do this.  I'm reasonably sure that all Cisco switches with 24 or 
more ports can do this.
