The way you have it setup means that 2 and 3 floor won't be able to talk to
eachother, but the 1st floor will be able to talk to both of the other
floors, 2nd and 3rd floor will be able to talk to some hosts on the 1st
floor, plus there is a chance of overlapping addresses if your not careful.
If your goal is have all the floors to talk to eachother, a better way to
subnet it would be:
1st - 10.150.1.0 255.255.0.0
2nd - 10.150.2.0 255.255.0.0
3rd - 10.150.3.0 255.255.0.0
This way all floors are in the same subnet therefore they can all see each
other.
