One of the first things I noticed in the config section under Interface
BRI0, you have
interface BRI0
bandwidth 64
Replace 64 with 64000....?

!. with 48% Success rate , can any body tell why its not 100%
am i missing some thing in configuration , pls check the attached
configuration files
