I say clear the counters, let it run for an hour, and resend to the list
that output.  Otherwise what Stephen says looks good for prelims.

first ,
i dont like the look of the broadcast frames bieng sent .
Thi s would indicate that either
1. the default gateway is wrong
2. there are paths that are setup in the config that arn`t responding.
Also if you have Vlan`s that are setup but arn`t configured correctly (if 
you have say two vlans and they are using the SAME ports it will constantly 
braodcast to itself.
3.collision frames could be from duplicate IP address`s check your serial 
and Ethernet ports...

4. What`s the setup ??? if you have a device that`s in this network`s route 
then that also could cause problems...

post the config and i`m sure we all will try to help
