There are no Alignment errors, no FCS errors and no late collisions. The
problem is not a duplex mismatch.  Collisions are a given on an Ethernet
segment. This appears to be a switch with a very high traffic load. I would
also suggest clearing the counter or power cycle the switch, take a reading
at 1 hour and at 2 hours. Send those readings back to the group so we know
how fast counters are incrementing.
