Check out WTI. They've got several products that may be of interest to you for OOB management and will likely be less expensive.

Are you looking for just one or more ports? Perle makes a greatone that has SSH support for remote access. If you are looking for modem access just plug up an external modem to the port using the cisco adapters and console cable. Then configure the router to init the modem and answer it.
