The results to access finger shows this error message:

Privilege level: I guess it is 0 with TACACS+ to restrict or grant
extra functionality.

Connected via Serial0 (Encap FrameRelay PVC DLCI:300 P-t-P:10.2.2.2)
to the same router with exact physical specifications and IOS software
at 10.2.2.2.
