Hi, I have had similar problems in the past when one person was downloading several Linux ISO's from there PC all at once !!! They had come in early to do so. After doing a clear xlate the problem was resolved and everyone could browse at the normal speed. The person started their ISO donwloads again but at a slower speed and one at a time. If you know of a user similiar to this you can clear only their xlate and leave everyone elses alone. Hope this helps.
