Hi there,
I have just installed 2 X 8MB Flash modules in 2503 Router and when I do
"Show Version" it shows up as two seperate 8MB Flashes instead of 16MB.
E.g.
cisco 2500 (68030) processor (revision F) with 16384K/2048K bytes of
memory.
Processor board ID 04594752, with hardware revision 00000000
Bridging software.
X.25 software, Version 2.0, NET2, BFE and GOSIP compliant.
Basic Rate ISDN software, Version 1.0.
1 Ethernet/IEEE 802.3 interface.
2 Serial network interfaces.
1 ISDN Basic Rate interface.
32K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
8192K bytes of processor board System flash partition 1 (Read/Write)
<<***************???***
8192K bytes of processor board System flash partition 2 (Read/Write)
<<***************???***
Configuration register is 0x2142
Router#
Does anyone know how to make it come up as 16MB?
