I would say NO- if you are implying the use of the async lines.  The two
Sync. (Serial) ports YES.

I believe you could always emulate an ISP (PPP) Dial-up with the Async's :-)

Really though- the best way to do the Frame Switch, is with a cheap MGS or
AGS (CSC/4 processor board, 10.0 IOS or better, & oodles of Serial).
Currently (on Ebay), this router is very cheap...
