I didn't follow the exact situation here and so I'm not sure what went
through here. But to answer Pradeep's question " BTW, how many people from
this forum have you really "placed" Any figures ? " , the way I look at it,
if you are a professional headhunter, it's not so much how many you have
placed but how many you have CORRECTLY match up and placed.
I can assure you that lots of these will match up and try to place even if
you don't fit !!
I appreciate the fact that Raymond actually get back to you even if he
doesn't have anything suitable unlike others that will just dump you into a
database. I actually got some that tells me I'm a good fit for a particular
position , blah blah blah and ask me to sent them the resume as they don't
have it on file !!??!! In that aspect, I think he has done what he could and
even if he didn't managed to placed some/many/all of us, I still thinks
highly of him and wishes him all the best.
For those who is looking for a professional who can place you correctly and
not just anywhere, please contact "SANDY XA" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> . I'm VERY
impressed with her professionalism and the way she work. I am not getting
anything out of this, I have not even met the lady except works with her
through the phone. Although I eventually got something else on my own , I
was very impressed by her. She really find out where you are, what you want
and try to match to her client and the thing I like most about her is the
fact that she feedbacks IMMEDIATELY any responses from her clients,
regardless of it being positive or negative. In addition, she doesn't go
ahead and forward your resume unless you have seen the job description and
company profile and agrees that you are interested.
