We are using Polycomm video conference units along with a Cisco MCU3510
Gatekeeper, and we're experiencing problems with video quality. If we place
point to point calls between units, the video is very clear and not choppy
at all. When the MCU is used to handle the conference, video becomes choppy
and less clear. The MCU is connected to the network using 100MB/full duplex
so it shouldn't be a connectivity issue, except for the fact that there is
no setting in the MCU for speed/duplex so autonegotiation might be a
problem.

Does anyone here have any experience with these units?

TIA,
John Neiberger
