Novell 4 servers have become extremely rare. I am not even sure if Netware IP will run
on them. I will assume you are talking about a Novell 4.11 server.

Start troubleshooting from the server side. From the server console (SERVERNAME: 
prompt)
ping a known good IP address and see what you get. The command is a simple "ping
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx".

Netware IP is buggy and difficult to troubleshoot. If you get a response by pinging 
then
e-mail me and I will run a few queries on my database and see if the problem can be
narrowed down.
