Dear Group,
I'm sure some of you must be looking at VoIP for your various organizations.
For the data side, we have a policy of only using GD for IOS on the
backbone.
For telephony, you need to have a "T" version of the IOS but no "T" version
of the IOS is GD.
When we phoned up Cisco Tac just yesterday they didn't have any insight into
when a "T" series IOS will be GD.
So, what do you guys think? On one hand Cisco is pushing Avvid et al - but
on the other hand they don't seem to be supporting IOS sufficiently to those
of us who like the feel of GD.
Isn't this contradictory? (and you might well ask - what's new..........)
