Kevin,

    I agree totally we have been battling VOIP troubles for a while and
almost from the outset Cisco's advise was upgrade.  However, the upgrades
are usually to the ED version on IOS....But in their defense since they are
new to Voice arena they are constantly making changes, so we may not see a
GD series for a while...but we are currently running 12.1.2T ED have had no
problems....in a mixed environment of IP, IPX, and DLSW....good luck!
