We eventually need to upgrade to a 12.1, we just can't do it yet. (don't
ask, long story.) Due to political-layer issues, we have a need for
Class-based WFQ on our main 7513 router (with RSP4.) We also would like to
make use of FRF.12 fragmentation. Both of those features are not available
in 11.2. We need to have so many different technologies running at once on
that router that we really need a fairly stable but very featureful version,
and our technical contact at our reseller/provider strongly suggested
12.0(7)T for the time being.

When a stable version of 12.1 becomes available, we need to upgrade to that
simply to be able to use an ATM port adapter that we bought. The VIP is
supported in 12.0(7)T, but the PA itself isn't supported until 12.1(1).
Since this is our main backbone router, it has to be pretty stable before
we'll put it on there.

I'm hoping 12.1(6) will be stable enough, but we might have to wait until
12.1(7).
