Hi,

Here a a couple of thoughts.

(1)
What do you have the dialer-load threshold set to.  It may never get enough traffic.  
Setting it to 1 will nail them up.

(2)
Does the remote end have the B channels available.  Otfen we get clients that set up 
extra B channels to get more bandwidth.  We are not always informed therefore the 
primary rate they are dialing into is full no spare B channels and no come up the 
clients extra ports.
