correct 1e2w,2e2w, 1fe, 1fe2w and 2fe2w do not work in the 2600 series.

2 10/100 Ethernet 2 WAN Card Slot Network Module  NM-2FE2W= $3200 
Two of these cards would fit in a 3620.
I can't find anything for the 2651. If one of the above cards would work in
it - that might be less expensive. Those cards are not listed for the 2600
series on the reseller pricing page.
