You are correct Morgan. If your router has a staic route somewhere and the
interface that static route goes out of is down, you will not see it in your
routing table. At least that is what happened to me. I have 3 2501's and I
just did a static route to one of the routers. When the link is up I can see
the static route, when the link is down I dont see it.
