What' speed Token Ring currently run? If 16Mbps should be OK for
Ethernet. For Fast ethernet you need to replace with CAT 5.

I have a site that is running Token-Ring Type 1 cables. They want to
cut the ends and put RJ-45 and run Ethernet on the cables. Can this be
done, or will their be problems? Do we need anything like media
converters?
