I recently tried to buy a Smartnet contract on Cisco's website and was
unable to because I did not purchase the router from an authorized reseller.
I did purchase the router from an Ebay auction and the router was brand
new..... Can one of you guys tell me where to go and purchase the contracts
if you do not buy the item from a reseller..
