You should press "CTRL" and "Break" key right after the first 2 or 3 line of
text appear on your Hyper Terminal.  You should get  get a > prompt.  At the
> prompt, type:

o/r 0x2141

Them type "i" at the prompt to initialize the router.  This will allow you
to enter the router enable mode to reset the password.  Once reset the
password, reload and doing the same thing, but set register to:

0x2102

to boot to the flash.
