If I think I understand what you are trying to do, you may want to consider using one of a couple of options. If fault tolerance is yor main objective, take a look at HSRP using interface tracking. I believe that will work well for your purposes: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/619/6.html Depending upon what you are trying to do and the latency of the links, you may also want to consider Multichassis Multilink PPP (watch wrap): http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios121/ 121cgcr/dialns_c/dnsprt1/dcdmppp.htm HTH, Paul Werner ________________________________________________ Get your own "800" number Voicemail, fax, email, and a lot more http://www.ureach.com/reg/tag Message Posted at: http://www.groupstudy.com/form/read.php?f=7&i=4119&t=4119 -------------------------------------------------- FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/cisco.html Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
