We ordered a batch back in January and got them. I believe we used to get
them for free previously. Now I think Cisco is cutting whatever costs they
can, so instead of sending them out, they're making people order them.
One more link to share is to the DPRG, which has a "Mobile" version which is
great if you have a Palm/Visor (although I always have my QRG with me in my
laptop bag).
